Changes in the Work definition

Changes in the Work means additions, deletions, or other revisions to the Work approved in advance in writing by the Consultant or the Board and relate to the general scope of the Contract as determined by the Board.

  • Any additional compensation or extension of time claimed by the Contractor on account of emergency work shall be determined as provided in Article 12 for Changes in the Work.

More Definitions of Changes in the Work

Changes in the Work means additions, deletions or other revisions to the Work within the general scope of the Contract.
