Class A-2D Certificates definition

Class A-2D Certificates. All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-2D."
Class A-2D Certificates. Any one of the Class A-2D Certificates executed, authenticated and delivered by the Trust Administrator, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-5 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC II for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class A-2D Certificates. All Certificates bearing the class designation of “Class A-2d,” and evidencing (i) a REMIC Regular Interest in REMIC III, (ii) the right to receive the related Basis Risk CarryForward Amount and (iii) the obligation to pay any Class IO Distribution Amount.

Examples of Class A-2D Certificates in a sentence

  • This certifies that Cede & Co. is the registered owner of a Percentage Interest (obtained by dividing the denomination of this Certificate by the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A-2D Certificates as of the Issue Date) in that certain beneficial ownership interest evidenced by all the Class A-2D Certificates in the REMIC created pursuant to a Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as specified above (the “Agreement”), among Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc.

  • As provided in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and subject to certain limitations therein set forth, Class A-2D Certificates are exchangeable for new Class A-2D Certificates of authorized denominations evidencing the same aggregate principal amount.

  • The owner hereof is entitled to principal payments on each Distribution Date, which will fully amortize such Original Principal Amount over the period from the date of initial delivery hereof to the final Distribution Date of the Class A-2D Certificates.

  • The Class A-2D Certificates are issuable only as registered Certificates in denominations of $25,000 Original Principal Amount and integral multiples of $1,000.

  • The Purchaser will sell the Class A-1 Certificates (the “Class A-1 Certificates”), Class A-2A, Class A-2B, Class A-2C and Class A-2D Certificates (collectively, the “Class A-2 Certificates”; together with the Class A-1 Certificates, the “Class A Certificates”), the Class M-1, Class M-2, Class M-3, Class M-4, Class M-5, Class M-6, Class M-7, Class M-8 and Class M-9 (collectively, the “Mezzanine Certificates”) to Deutsche Bank Securities Inc.

  • Each owner of record of a Class A-2D Certificate will be entitled to receive such owner’s Percentage Interest in the amounts distributed on such Distribution Date to the owners of the Class A-2D Certificates.

  • Interest will accrue on the Class A-2D Certificates during each Interest Accrual Period at the Certificate Interest Rate.

  • The Purchaser will sell the Class A-1 Certificates , Class A-2A, Class A-2B, Class A-2C and Class A-2D Certificates (collectively, the “Class A Certificates”), the Class M-1, Class M-2, Class M-3, Class M-4, Class M-5, Class M-6, Class M-7, Class M-8 and Class M-9 Certificates (collectively, the “Public Mezzanine Certificates”) to Deutsche Bank Securities Inc.

  • The Purchaser will sell the Class A-1 Certificates (the “Class A-1 Certificates”), Class A-2A, Class A-2B, Class A-2C and Class A-2D Certificates (collectively, the “Class A-2 Certificates”; together with the Class A-1 Certificates, the “Class A Certificates”), the Class M-1, Class M-2, Class M-3, Class M-4, Class M-5, Class M-6, Class M-7, Class M-8, Class M-9 and Class M-10 Certificates (collectively, the “Publicly Offered Mezzanine Certificates”) to Deutsche Bank Securities Inc.

  • The Purchaser will sell the Class A-1 Certificates and, the Class A-2A, Class A-2B, Class A-2C and Class A-2D Certificates (collectively, the “Class A-2 Certificates”) and the Class ▇-▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇-▇, Class M-3, Class M-4, Class M-5, Class M-6, Class M-7, Class M-8, Class M-9, Class M-10 and Class M-11 Certificates (collectively, the “Mezzanine Certificates”) to Deutsche Bank Securities Inc.
