Class A-4 Priority Amount definition

Class A-4 Priority Amount. For any Distribution Date, the lesser of (i) the Class A Subclass Principal Balance of the Class A-4 Certificates and (ii) the sum of (A) the product of (1) the Class A-4 Percentage and (2) the Scheduled Principal Amount and (B) the product of (1) the Class A-4 Percentage, (2) the Class A-4 Prepayment Shift Percentage, and (3) the Unscheduled Principal Amount.
