CLASS A-5B COMPONENT definition
CLASS A-5B COMPONENT means a component of the beneficial interest in REMIC III evidenced by the Class A-5 Certificates, which component represents a Component Notional Amount equal to the Certificate Balance of the REMIC II Regular Interest A-5B.
CLASS A-5B COMPONENT. A regular interest in REMIC II which has a notional amount which will at all times be equal to the Uncertificated Principal Balance of REMIC I Regular Interest A-2, a per annum Pass-Through Rate as set forth herein, and no principal amount.
