Class A-9 Notes definition

Class A-9 Notes means Notes of the Issuer designated as "PNC Student Loan Trust I, Series 1997-2, Senior LIBOR Rate Class A-9 Asset Backed Notes."
Class A-9 Notes has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1 herein.
Class A-9 Notes means the Notes created and to be issued under this First Supplement in the original Principal Amount of $75,000,000 and designated as the “Student Loan Asset-Backed Notes, Series 2007-1, Class A-9.”

  • Principal will be paid to the Class A-9 Notes on each Note Distribution Date for such Class in an amount equal to the Noteholder's Principal Distribution Amount on such Note Distribution Date; provided, however, that if any Class of a Series of Notes issued previously or hereafter has an earlier Final Maturity Date than the Class A-9 Notes, principal will be paid to each such Class of previously or subsequently issued Notes with an earlier Final Maturity Date prior to the Class A-9.
