Class A Notes definition

Class A Notes means the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes.
Class A Notes means any one of the Notes executed by the Issuer and authenticated by or on behalf of the Indenture Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1.
Class A Notes. Collectively, the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes.

Examples of Class A Notes in a sentence

  • Payment of interest on each Class of Debt (other than the Class A Notes) (and payments of available Interest Proceeds to the Holders of the Subordinated Notes) will be subordinated to the payment of interest on each related Priority Class as provided in Section 11.1. Interest will cease to accrue on the Debt from the date of repayment or the respective Stated Maturity unless payment of principal is improperly withheld or unless default is otherwise made with respect to such payments of principal.

  • To the extent lawful and enforceable, interest on any interest that is not paid when due on any Class A Notes or Class B Notes shall accrue at the Interest Rate for such Class until paid as provided herein.


More Definitions of Class A Notes

Class A Notes means the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2-A Notes, the Class A-2-B Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes.
Class A Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
Class A Notes. The Class A-1 Notes and the Class A-2 Notes.
Class A Notes. The Class A Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes issued pursuant to this Indenture and having the characteristics specified in Section 2.3.

Class A Notes means the 2.00% Class A Asset Backed Notes of the Issuer, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 hereto.
Class A Notes means the Class A-1 and Class A-2 Notes. Unless otherwise stated, the Class A-1 and Class A-2 Notes will be treated as a single Class for purposes of allocations, distributions or payments.
