Class B Notes definition
Class B Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
Class B Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class B Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.
Class B Notes means any one of the Notes executed by the Issuer and authenticated by or on behalf of the Indenture Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2.

To the extent lawful and enforceable, interest on any interest that is not paid when due on any Class A Notes or Class B Notes, or if no Class A Notes or Class B Notes are Outstanding, any Class C Notes, or, if there are no Class A Notes, Class B Notes or Class C Notes Outstanding, any Class D Note shall accrue at the Interest Rate for such Class until paid as provided herein.
The Issuer shall not engage in any business or activity other than issuing and selling the Class A-1 Notes and, the Class A-2 Notes the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes and the Class D Notes pursuant to this Indenture and other incidental activities thereto.

Class B Notes means the Class B 5.18% Asset-Backed Notes substantially in the form of Exhibit B to the Indenture.
Class B Notes means the Class B Asset Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit B.
