Class A and Class B Liquidity Reserve Fund Required Amount has the meaning given to it in the Administration Agreement.
Reserve Fund Required Amount means, (i) for any Payment Date on which the Note Balance is greater than $0, $3,485,416.70 (i.e., 0.25% of the Cutoff Date Adjusted Pool Balance) or (ii) if the Notes have been paid in full, $0.
Class A Required Amount shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.04(a).
Class B Required Amount shall have the meaning set forth in subsection 4.04(b).
Class C Reserve Account Percentage means, for any Distribution Date on which a condition in the left column of the following table was in effect on the immediately preceding Distribution Date, the percentage in the corresponding right column of the following table (or if more than one conditions were in effect on the immediately preceding Distribution Date, the largest percentage). Liquidity Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(A)(iii).
