Class A Certificate Rate means, for any Interest Accrual Period with respect to the Class A Certificates, a per annum rate equal to LIBOR plus 0.11%.
Certificate Factor With respect to any Class of Principal Balance Certificates or Class X Certificates, as of any date of determination, a fraction, expressed as a decimal carried to eight places, the numerator of which is the then related Certificate Balance or Notional Amount, as the case may be, and the denominator of which is the related initial Certificate Balance or related initial Notional Amount, as the case may be.
Class A Certificate Group The Group I Class A Certificates or the Group II Class A Certificates, as applicable.
Class A Certificate Any Class A-1 Certificate, Class A-2 Certificate, Class A-3 Certificate, Class A-4 Certificate, Class A-5 Certificate, Class A-6 Certificate or Class A-7 Certificate.
