CLASS A CERTIFICATE FACTOR means, as of any Distribution Date, a seven-digit decimal figure equal to the Class A Certificate Balance as of the close of business on such Distribution Date divided by the Original Class A Certificate Balance.
CLASS A CERTIFICATE FACTOR. As of any Distribution Date, a seven-digit decimal figure equal to the Class A Certificate Balance as of the close of business on such Distribution Date divided by the initial Class A Certificate Balance as of the Cut-off Date.
