Class B Election definition

Class B Election means an election made by a Holder of an Allowed Credit Agreement Claim, Allowed Senior Notes Claim or Allowed General Unsecured Claim on the Ownership Certification that such Holder elects to receive Class B Common Stock in lieu of Class A Common Stock.
