CLASS B INTEREST FORMULA DISTRIBUTION AMOUNT. As to any Distribution -------------------------------------------- Date, an amount equal to the sum of (a) interest for the related Accrual Period at the Class B Pass-Through Rate on the Class B Principal Balance as of such Distribution Date (before giving effect to the distribution on such Distribution Date), net of Net Interest Shortfall, if any, allocated to the Class B Certificates pursuant to Section 6.01 in respect of such Distribution Date, and (b) any Class B Unpaid Interest Shortfall for such Distribution Date.
