Class B Principal Allocation Percentage definition

Class B Principal Allocation Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period (i) during the Revolving Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the Class B Invested Amount as of the close of business on the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period (or in the case of the first Monthly Period, the Class B Initial Invested Amount) and the denominator of which is equal to the Invested Amount as of the close of business on the last day of such preceding Monthly Period (or with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Initial Invested Amount) and (ii) during the Scheduled Accumulation Period or the Early Amortization Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the Class B Invested Amount as of the close of business on the last day of the Revolving Period, and the denominator of which is equal to the Invested Amount as of the close of business on the last day of the Revolving Period.
Class B Principal Allocation Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is (a) during the Revolving Period, the Class B Invested Amount as of the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period (or, in the case of the first Monthly Period, the Closing Date), (b) during the Accumulation Period, the Class B Invested Amount as of the last day of the Revolving Period, and (c) during the Early Amortization Period, the Class B Invested Amount as of the last day of the Revolving Period, or, if less, the last numerator used to calculate the Class B Principal Allocation Percentage in the Accumulation Period, if any, and the denominator of which is the greater of (a)(x) if only one Series is outstanding (i) during the Revolving Period, the sum of the total amount of Principal Receivables in the Trust and the principal amount on deposit in the Special Funding Account as of the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period and (ii) during the Accumulation Period and the Early Amortization Period the sum of the total amount of Principal Receivables in the Trust and the principal amount on deposit in the Special Funding Account as of the last day of the Revolving Period and (y), if more than one Series is outstanding, the sum of the total amount of Principal Receivables in the Trust and the principal amount on deposit in the Special Funding Account as of the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period (or, in the case of the first Monthly Period, the Closing Date) and (b) the sum of the numerators used to calculate the principal allocation percentages for all Series and Participations outstanding as of the date as to which such determination is being made; PROVIDED, that such calculations are subject to adjustment to give effect to additions of Additional Accounts.
