To the extent that the product of (A) the portion of the Insolvency Proceeds allocated to Collections of Principal Receivables and (B) the Principal Allocation Percentage with respect to the related Monthly Period exceeds the aggregate amounts distributed to the Paying Agent pursuant to the preceding sentence, the excess shall be distributed to the Paying Agent for payment to the Collateral Interest Holder on such Distribution Date.
With respect to each Monthly Period, the Indenture Trustee, at the direction of the Servicer, shall allocate to each Series of Notes an amount equal to the product of (i) the Principal Allocation Percentage for Principal Collections for such Monthly Period for such Series and (ii) the Principal Collections for such Monthly Period.

The Servicer shall deduct the portion of such Ineligible Receivables reassigned to the Transferor which are Principal Receivables from the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables used to calculate the Transferor’s Participation Amount, the Transferor’s Interest and the Floating Allocation Percentage and the Principal Allocation Percentage applicable to any Series.
