Fixed Allocation Percentage definition

Fixed Allocation Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent of a fraction (a) the numerator of which is the Invested Amount as of the close of business on the last day of the Revolving Period and (b) the denominator of which is the greater of (i) the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables in the Trust determined as of the close of business on (A) if only one Series is outstanding, the last day of the Revolving Period and (B) if more than one Series is outstanding, the last day of the prior Monthly Period and (ii) the sum of the numerators used to calculate the Investor Percentages for allocations with respect to Principal Receivables for all outstanding Series on such date of determination; provided that with respect to any Monthly Period in which a Reset Date occurs, (x) the denominator determined pursuant to subclause (b)(i) shall be (1) the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables in the Trust as of the close of business on the later of the last day of the prior Monthly Period or the preceding Reset Date, for the period from and including the first day of the current Monthly Period or the preceding Reset Date, as applicable, to but excluding such Reset Date and (2) the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables in the Trust as of the close of business on such Reset Date, for the period from and including such Reset Date to the later of the last day of such Monthly Period (in which case such period shall include such day) or the next succeeding Reset Date (in which case such period shall not include such succeeding Reset Date) and (y) the denominator determined pursuant to subclause (b)(ii) shall be (1) the sum of the numerators used to calculate the Investor Percentages for allocations with respect to Principal Receivables for all outstanding Series as of the close of business on the later of the last day of the prior Monthly Period or the preceding Reset Date, for the period from and including the first day of the current Monthly Period or the preceding Reset Date, as applicable, to but excluding such Reset Date and (2) the sum of the numerators used to calculate the Investor Percentages for allocations with respect to Principal Receivables for all outstanding Series as of the close of business on such Reset Date, for the period from and including such Reset Date to the earlier of the last day of such Monthly Period (in which case such period shall include such day) or the next succeeding Reset Date (in which case such period shall not incl...

  • On and after the date of such reassignment, each Ineligible Receivable shall be deducted from the Aggregate Principal Receivables used in the calculation of any Invested Percentage, any Fixed Allocation Percentage, any Floating Allocation Percentage, the Transferor Percentage and the Transferor Amount.
