Reset Date definition

Reset Date means the First Trading Date and thereafter each day (except Saturday and Sunday) as determined in the reasonable discretion of the Determination Agent pursuant to §317 BGB and in consideration of the relevant capital market practice and by acting in good faith.
Reset Date means the First Reset Date, the Second Reset Date and each Subsequent Reset Date (as applicable);
Reset Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.05.

Examples of Reset Date in a sentence

  • During any Optional Deferral Period, interest on the Notes will continue to accrue at the then-applicable interest rate on the Notes (as reset from time to time on any Reset Date occurring during such Optional Deferral Period in accordance with the terms of the Notes).

  • The Calculation Agent’s determination of any interest rate, and its calculation of the amount of interest for any Interest Payment Period beginning on or after the First Reset Date, will be on file at the Company’s principal offices, will be made available to any Holder or beneficial owner of the Notes upon request and will be final and binding in the absence of manifest error.

Reset Date means the First Call Date and each day that falls on the fifth anniversary of the immediately preceding Reset Date.
