Class E Defaulted Interest Amount. On or after any Payment Date on which no Class A Notes, Class B Notes, Class C Notes or Class D Notes are Outstanding, any interest on the Class E Notes (other than Class E Capitalized Interest) that is due and payable but is not punctually paid or duly provided for on or prior to the due date therefor and which remains unpaid, together with interest accrued thereon (to the extent lawful).
Class E Defaulted Interest Amount. With respect to the Class E Notes as of each Payment Date for which no Class A Loans, Class B Notes, Class C Notes or Class D Notes are outstanding, the accrued and unpaid amount due to Holders of the Class E Notes on account of any shortfalls in the payment of the Class E Interest Distribution Amount with respect to any preceding Payment Date or Payment Dates, together with interest accrued thereon (to the extent lawful) at the Class E Rate.
Class E Defaulted Interest Amount means, with respect to the Class E Notes as of each Payment Date on which no Class A Notes, Class A-S Notes, Class B Notes, Class C Notes or Class D Notes are Outstanding, the accrued and unpaid amount due to holders of the Class E Notes (other than the Class E Deferred Interest Amount) on account of any interest shortfalls in respect of the Class E Notes with respect to any preceding Payment Date or Payment Dates, together with interest accrued thereon (to the extent lawful).

  • The redemption price for the Class E Notes will be calculated on the related Determination Date and will equal the Aggregate Outstanding Amount of the Class E Notes to be redeemed, together with the Class E Interest Distribution Amount (plus any Class E Capitalized Interest and any Class E Defaulted Interest Amount) due on that day of redemption.

  • The redemption price of the Class E Notes shall be calculated on the related Determination Date and shall be equal to the Aggregate Outstanding Amount of the Class E Notes to be redeemed, together with the Class E Interest Distribution Amount (plus any Class E Capitalized Interest and any Class E Defaulted Interest Amount) due on that day of redemption.
