CLASS H-1 COMPONENT definition
CLASS H-1 COMPONENT means a component of the beneficial interest in REMIC III evidenced by the Class H Certificates, which component represents a Certificate Balance equal to the Certificate Balance of the REMIC II Regular Interest H-1.
CLASS H-1 COMPONENT. One of the 64 Components of the Class X-C Certificates and one of the 58 Components of the Class X-P Certificates, having a Notional Amount equal to the Lower-Tier Principal Amount of the Class LH-1 Uncertificated Lower-Tier Interest.
