Class M-2 Formula Principal Distribution Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, the Class M-2 Percentage multiplied by the Formula Principal Distribution Amount. For any Distribution Date, if the Class M-2 Formula Principal Distribution Amount exceeds the Class M-2 Certificate Balance less the Unpaid Class M-2 Principal Shortfall with respect to such Class and Distribution Date, then such amounts shall be added to the Class B-1 Formula Principal Distribution.
Class M-2 Formula Principal Distribution Amount. With respect to (i) a ------------------------------------------------- Distribution Date as of which the Class A Certificate Balance has not been reduced to zero and that is prior to the Cross-over Date, zero, (ii) a Distribution Date as to which the Principal Distribution Tests are not satisfied and the Class A and Class M-1 Certificate Balances have not been reduced to zero, zero, (iii) a Distribution Date as to which the Principal Distribution Tests are not satisfied and the Class A Certificate Balance has been reduced to zero, the Formula Principal Distribution Amount and (iv) any other Distribution Date, the Class M-2 Percentage of the Formula Principal Distribution Amount. On any Distribution Date, if the Class M-2 Unpaid Shortfall exceeds the Class M-2 Certificate Balance less the Unpaid Class M-2 Formula Principal Distribution Amount with respect to such Class and Distribution Date, then such excess shall be allocated to the Class B Formula Principal Distribution Amount.
Class M-2 Formula Principal Distribution Amount. With respect to any Remittance Date on or after the Class Principal Balance of the Class A and Class M-1 Certificates have been reduced to zero, means the applicable Senior Percentage multiplied by the Principal Distribution Amount (less any portion of the Principal Distribution Amount required to be distributed to the Holders of the Class A or Class M-1 Certificates on such Remittance Date); provided, however, that, with respect to any Remittance Date, the Class M-2 Formula Principal Distribution Amount shall never exceed the Class Principal Balance of the Class M-2 Certificates.
Class M-2 Formula Principal Distribution Amount means, for any Payment Date, the lesser of:
Class M-2 Formula Principal Distribution Amount means, as to any Payment Date before the Class M-1 Cross-over Date or after the Class M-2 Cross-over Date, zero; and, as to any Payment Date on or after the Class M-1 Cross-over Date and on or before the Class M-2 Cross-over Date, the lesser of (a) the Senior Formula Principal Distribution Amount less, on the Class M-1 Cross-over Date, the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount, and (b) the Class M-2 Principal Balance.

  • Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the sum of (A) the aggregate Class Certificate Balances of the Class A Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class A Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date), (B) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class M-1 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date) and (C) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class M-2 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (ii) the lesser of (A) 82.10% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date and (B) the excess, if any, of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date over $3,608,680.
