Class Member List definition
Class Member List means the list of names, addresses, and Account numbers of each member of the Settlement Class to be prepared by Defendant in Microsoft® Excel format. For purposes of preparing the Class Member List, joint or co-owners on an Account will be treated as one person, and the Class Member List need only identify the primary member on an Account. The parties acknowledge that the Class Member List contains confidential information that must not be disseminated to anyone other than the Settlement Administrator, which must treat the information as confidential.
Class Member List has the meaning specified in paragraph 12.1 below.
Class Member List means a report of the POM participants for the Claims Period, which shall include the full names, dates of birth, social security numbers, last known addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and any other relevant contact information, to the extent any of the foregoing is contained within TASC’s POM participant record reports.

The Trustee shall provide any contact information that it receives, and any contact information in the Initial Controlling Class Member List, to the Manager and the Master Issuer upon request.
To the extent the Trustee receives communications from individuals not listed on the Initial Controlling Class Member List, even if from the same institutions, the Trustee shall not consider such communication a valid communication.
The Trustee shall be entitled to conclusively rely on any communications from Controlling Class Members received from email addresses specifically set forth on the Initial Controlling Class Member List.
The Settlement Class Member List and its contents shall be used by the Settlement Administrator solely for the purpose of performing its obligations pursuant to this Agreement and shall not be used for any other purpose at any time.
In preparing the Class Member List, Defendant shall use reasonable, good faith efforts to identify Class Members.
More Definitions of Class Member List
Class Member List. The Class Member List shall mean a list of all Class Members, identified by: (i) name; (ii) last known address; (iii) classification or department; (iv) dates of employment during the Relevant Time Period; and (v) social security numbers, if available, contained in a confidential document that the Defendants shall provide to Plaintiffs’ Counsel and the Settlement Administrator. The Class Member List is to be used by Plaintiffs’ Counsel and Settlement Administrator to effectuate settlement, and may not be copied, disseminated or used for any other purpose.
Class Member List means the list on computer media of all known Class Members reasonably obtained from the readily-searchable computer media of Cap Re and GMAC Mortgage without the need for a file-level review to be provided to Lead Class Counsel and the Settlement Administrator in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.7 hereof.
Class Member List means a complete list of all Class Members and their associated data, which Defendants will in good faith compile from their records and provide to the Settlement Administrator within fifteen (15) business days after Preliminary Approval (as defined below) of this Settlement. The Class Member List shall include each Class Member’s full name; last known mailing address and telephone number; last known e-mail address (if available); beginning and ending dates of employment; Social Security number; the number of California Class Individual Workweeks that each individual worked; and the number of FLSA Class Member Individual Workweeks that each individual worked. The Class Member List is provided to the Settlement Administrator solely for purposes of this Settlement, shall be treated as confidential, shall not be shared by the Settlement Administrator, and must be returned and/or destroyed by the Settlement Administrator upon the conclusion of the administration process.
Class Member List. The Class Member List shall mean a list of all Class Members, identified by: (i) name; (ii) last known address; (iii) weeks worked during the Relevant Period; and (iv) social security numbers, if available, contained in a confidential document that the Defendant shall provide to the Settlement Claims Administrator for purposes of this settlement.

Class Member List or “Class List.” The Class Member List or Class List shall mean a list of Class Members that shall be provided by Defense Counsel to the Administrator in Excel format, reflecting Class Members identified by Defendant based on data from Club Up and other sources available to Defendant. The Class List shall include, to the extent available to Defendant:
(i) name; (ii) e-mail address; (iii) physical or mailing address; and (iv) rounds worked in the years 2020-2023 based on data from Club Up, and may include years worked 2016-2019. Defense Counsel shall provide Class Counsel with a copy of the Class List.
