Class Representative Service Awards definition

Class Representative Service Awards means an amount to be determined by the Court, but not to exceed $20,000 for each Class Representative, which shall be paid from the Gross Settlement Amount.
Class Representative Service Awards means the service awards that Plaintiffs will seek for their service to the Settlement Class in an amount not to exceed $19,000 total.
