After the Distribution Date on which the Class X-A Notional Amount and the Certificate Principal Amounts of the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4, Class A-AB, Class A-S, Class B, Class C and Class D Certificates have been reduced to zero, all Yield Maintenance Charges collected with respect to the Mortgage Loans will be distributed pro rata to the Holders of the Class X-B Certificates.
