Examples of CMU Issue Position Report in a sentence

  • Payments of principal or interest (if any) in respect of such global Note will be made to the persons for whose account a particular nominal amount of Notes represented by such global Note is credited as being held by the CMU Operator at the relevant time, as notified to the CMU Lodging and Paying Agent by the CMU Operator in a relevant CMU Issue Position Report or in any other relevant notification by the CMU Operator.

  • The CMU may require that any such exchange for a Permanent Global Bearer Note is made in whole and not in part and in such event, no such exchange will be effected until all relevant account holders (as set out in a CMU Issue Position Report or any other relevant notification supplied to the CMU Lodging Agent by the CMU) have so certified.

  • Notwithstanding Condition 15 (Notices), so long as any of the Notes are represented by the Global Note Certificate and such Global Note Certificate is deposited with a sub-custodian for the CMU, notices to the holders of the Notes may be given by delivery of the relevant notice to the persons shown in a CMU Issue Position Report issued by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority on the business day prior to the date of despatch of such notice.
