Code set definition

Code set means the set of current procedural terminology (CPT) medical code set codes and the international classification of diseases, ninth revision (ICD-9) codes identified in accordance with this subsection for calculation of Medicaid offset amounts.
Code set means the set of current procedural
Code set shall have the same meaning as the term “code set” at 45 CFR § 162.103.
