Permit Collateral Availability to be less than $500,000 at any time.
Borrower shall at all times maintain Excess Collateral Availability of no less than an amount equal to the greater of the following (as the case may be, the “Minimum Excess Collateral Availability”): (a) ten percent (10%) of the then-effective Maximum Credit; or (b) $3,000,000.
