Unless otherwise defined in this Agreement, terms used in this Schedule shall be as defined in the Collection Contract.
Where the Board proposes to extend the term of the Collection Contract the Managing Director shall, as soon as reasonably practicable, notify the Chief Executive of each of the Partner Authorities of its decision.
For the avoidance of doubt, where a Partner Authority does not wish the Collection Contract to be extended it shall not be treated as withdrawing from the Collection Contract for the purposes of paragraph 3 of this Schedule 7.
Where a Partner Authority (other than the County Council), acting reasonably, does not wish the Collection Contract to be extended, it shall notify the Managing Director of its decision forthwith (and in any event within five Business Days of expiry of the 30 Business Day notice period).

The Regional District will pay to the District a monthly hauling cost payment calculated on a per container basis at the rate of payment for each container type set out in Schedule A, for containers of waste deposited at the North Peace Regional Landfill during each calendar month by District’s Residential Curbside Garbage Collection Contract.
However, in the event that the Tax Collection Contract is terminated for any reason whatsoever, Customer shall then be liable for the Annual Service Fee, which shall be due and payable in monthly installments in accordance with this Exhibit A and the Agreement.
Notwithstanding the provisions of this Exhibit A, the Annual Service Fee shall be suspended and shall not be due and payable by Customer so long as the Tax Collection Contract remains in full force and effect.
