Examples of Commitment Fees in a sentence
All Commitment Fees shall be computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed in a year of 360 days.
From the effective date of any such reduction or cancellation, the Commitment Fees shall be computed on the undrawn portion of the applicable Commitments as so reduced or cancelled.
All computations of commissions or fees owed hereunder (other than Commitment Fees, Fronting Fees and LC Fees, which shall be computed in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.15 (Fees) below) shall be made on the basis of a year of 365 or 366 days, as the case may be, and actual days elapsed (including the first day but excluding the last day).

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, during such period that a 2024 Extending Revolving Credit Lender or a 2024 Non-Extending Revolving Credit Lender is a Defaulting Lender, such Defaulting Lender will not be entitled to any Commitment Fees accruing during such period (without prejudice to the rights of the 2024 Extending Revolving Credit Lenders and the 2024 Non-Extending Revolving Lenders other than Defaulting Lenders in respect of such fees).
