Common Percentage definition

Common Percentage means, with respect to any Partner at any time, a fraction, expressed as a percentage: (i) the numerator of which is the number of Common Units owned by such Partner as of such time and (ii) the denominator of which is the aggregate number of Common Units owned by all of the Partners as of such time. The sum of the outstanding Common Percentages of all Partners shall at all times equal 100%.
Common Percentage means the common percentage established by the Commission in accordance with the first subparagraph of Article 59(2);

More Definitions of Common Percentage

Common Percentage means, with respect to each Stockholder and Optionholder, the amount expressed as a percentage equal to the number of shares of Common Stock (on an as-converted and as-exercised basis) held by such Stockholder or Optionholder entitled to receive Merger Consideration pursuant to Sections 2.2(a) and 2.4 of this Agreement divided by the aggregate amount of all shares of Common Stock (on an as-converted and as-exercised basis) entitled to receive Merger Consideration pursuant to Sections 2.2(a) and 2.4 of this Agreement.
Common Percentage means, for each Unitholder, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the total number of Units held by such Unitholder as of immediately prior to the Effective Time, and the denominator of which is the total number of Units held by all Unitholders as of immediately prior to the Effective Time.
