Completion of Loading definition

Completion of Loading means, for loading operations with respect to a particular Vessel, the time at which such Vessel has ceased receiving Product and the Dock’s loading arm has been disconnected or could have been disconnected but for the Vessel.
Completion of Loading means the time and date at which the operation of loading is completed, as recorded on the tanker time sheet prepared by the Terminal Operator;
Completion of Loading means the time (after the loading of the LNG Ship or, in the case of Clauses 7.16, 7.18, 7.21 and 7.27 only, after the loading of the LNG Ship or a failure to load the LNG Ship) at which LNG loading and vapor return lines have been finally disconnected at the Loading Port (or, if the LNG Ship has not been connected to the LNG loading and vapor return lines at the Loading Port, at the time at which the failure to deliver or take (as applicable) the relevant LNG Cargo arises);

Examples of Completion of Loading in a sentence

  • In the event Customer’s Vessel fails to vacate its berth at the Terminal upon Completion of Loading or as otherwise required under the Marine Provisions and/or under the Port Procedures (as applicable), unless such failure is caused solely by Enterprise, Customer will pay Enterprise an additional dockage fee equal to $7,000 per hour for each hour (or part thereof) that such Vessel so remains at its berth at the Terminal (the “Excess Occupancy Payment”).

  • Customer must notify Enterprise of any Claim for demurrage under this Section 8 in writing, and must provide a fully documented claim therefor within ninety (90) calendar days following Completion of Loading for the applicable Vessel.

  • Seller shall, within forty-eight (48) hours following Completion of Loading, notify Buyer or cause Buyer to be notified of the quality of the LNG loaded onto the LNG Ship by provision of a written notice, the form of which is to be agreed by the Parties.

  • Buyer shall, within forty-eight (48) hours following Completion of Loading, notify Seller of the volume of LNG loaded.

  • If the Quantity Delivered and/or the Price in respect of an LNG Cargo is not capable of being finally determined in accordance with Clause 10.3 promptly following Completion of Loading in respect of such LNG Cargo, Seller shall provide Buyer with a preliminary invoice as soon as practicable after Completion of Loading.

  • Used Laytime shall however recommence two (2) hours after Completion of Loading if the LNG Vessel is delayed in its departure due to the Seller’s purposes and shall continue until the termination of such delay.

  • Notwithstanding that the point of sale, purchase and title transfer for the LNG is as provided in Section 9, the quantity of LNG delivered, sold and purchased shall be determined immediately after Completion of Loading, in the case of an FOB delivery, or Completion of Unloading, in the case of a DES delivery, of each LNG Vessel.

Completion of Loading means, following loading of a Cargo on the relevant Approved LNG Ship, the time at which:
Completion of Loading means, with respect to a given Cargo, the time at which the cargo manifold on the Vessel is disconnected from the flange coupling of the loading line at the Production Terminal after the Cargo has been fully (subject to retention of heel as specified in this Agreement) loaded onto the Vessel.
Completion of Loading means the disconnection of the loading hoses following the loading of a cargo at the Jetty.
Completion of Loading means, in respect of an FOB delivery, the disconnection of the flange coupling of the cargo manifold of an LNG Vessel from the flange coupling on the loading line at Seller’s Facilities following loading of the LNG Vessel and completion of final gauging.

Related to Completion of Loading

  • Completion of work means completion of the entire contracted work. Exhaustion of quantity of any particular item mentioned in the bid document shall not imply completion of work or any component thereof.

  • Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.

  • Bulk mixing plant means machinery, appliances or other similar devices that are assembled in such a manner so as to be able to mix materials in bulk for the purposes of using the mixed product for construction work;

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.
