RISK AND PROPERTY The risk of loss or damage to the Product and property in Product delivered under the Agreement shall pass or be deemed to pass to the Buyer as the Product passes in case of CIF basis - the vessel’s permanent flange at Load Port DES basis – the manifold flange connection of the vessel’s delivery hose at the Discharge terminal specified in the Agreement In Tank basis – upon confirmation by the Terminal operator of the transfer of the Product.
