Component Value definition

Component Value means underlying factors that are part of the cost of providing services that are built into the waiver rates methodology to calculate service rates.
Component Value means for any Investment and Other Investment Position, the Value of such Investment or Other Investment Position.
Component Value means, with respect to a Component of a Combination, the value of such Component as determined in accordance with Exhibit A-1.

Examples of Component Value in a sentence

  • Where Customer is liable for such OIX inventory and issues a Purchase Order in accordance with this Agreement and payment for such OIX, Customer shall, upon request, be entitled to delivery of such OIX inventory without further charge beyond the Component Value of Customer’s Component liability for such OIX inventory.

  • Buyer shall provide instruction to Seller to either ship or scrap such unused inventory upon written notification by Seller, upon which Seller shall invoice Buyer for the Component Value of such inventory.

  • For the avoidance of doubt review of the amount of the Component Value will also form part of any such review.

More Definitions of Component Value

Component Value means, on each Valuation Date, for each Component of each Reference Portfolio, an amount equal to:

Component Value means Plexus’ standard cost for a given Component plus m▇▇▇-up as defined in Plexus’ then effective quote for an applicable Assembly.
Component Value means the direct, out-of-pocket cost paid by Plexus to Suppliers for Components plus standard ▇▇▇▇-up as defined in Attachment A, is made a part hereof and incorporated herein to this Agreement. To the extent any terms in Attachment A (or any attachment to this Agreement) conflict with the terms of the body of this Agreement, the terms in the body of this Agreement shall control.
Component Value means the market value which could reasonably be obtained for the various components forming part of the Development which the Developer is required to remove as part of its obligations under paragraph 2 below (and for the avoidance of doubt will take no account of the market value of any cables, roads or others which are not to be removed) for re-use, recycling or scrap (and where all options are feasible then the option which would result in the highest income shall be used for the purposes of calculating the Component Value);

Related to Component Value

  • Current Value shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(a)(iii) hereof.

  • Replacement Value means the price, including accrued interest, at which Equivalent Securities to the Borrowed Securities could be purchased in the principal market for such securities at the time of election by State Street under Section 13.1 hereof.

  • Settlement Value means the amount which the holder of a Contract may receive for a Contract held until Expiration. The Settlement Value of a Binary Contract is $100. The Settlement Value of a Variable Payout Contract is determined as described in the definitions of Long and Short Variable Payout Contracts.
