Concurrent Agent definition

Concurrent Agent means the maximum quantity of Contact Center users that are simultaneously logged in to use the Collaboration Flex Plan Contact Center software or services.
Concurrent Agent means agents or supervisors who are simultaneously logged into the Interaction Routing system and available to take or handle customer inquiries or calls (inbound, outbound, or multi-media/web). The number of Concurrent Agents will be determined by Customer and recorded on the Order Form. Agent MRCs will be based on Concurrent Agents and not registered agents to the system.
Concurrent Agent means the maximum quantity of Contact Center users that are simultaneously logged-in to use the Cisco Technology. “Named Agent” means a unique Contact Center user who logs in to the Cisco Technology during the measurement period described in the Documentation.
