Continuity Date definition

Continuity Date means the date stated in the Declarations that coverage was first written with respect to the "named insured" and any "subsidiaries" acquired before such date. Any litigation initiated before this date is not subject to coverage under this Coverage Form even if the allegations were not part of a potentially covered claim.
Continuity Date means the date set forth in:
