Contract Allocation definition

Contract Allocation. Means The value of funding allocated to successful contractors under a Contract from this procurement. The Contract Allocation is the specific amount allocated to the Contractor as a consequence of the contract award allocation process as set out in the Funding Agreement contained in Schedule 2 (Payments).
Contract Allocation means the total amount of Table “A” Water made available by DWR to District during the particular Year pursuant to the District Contract.
Contract Allocation means the market share of a group of routes as a percentage of passenger flights as set out in section 2 of this Contract.

Examples of Contract Allocation in a sentence

  • Consistent with the Contract Allocation Order, Utility shall not, in acting as limited agent of DWR hereunder be required to perform any obligations of any Supplier under any Allocated Contract or to make any payments on behalf of such Supplier or as the result of the failure of such Supplier to perform under any Allocated Contract.

  • As noted in the Contract Allocation Order, the details of the amount and recovery of administrative costs to Utility associated with the Contracts are expected to be considered in another Commission proceeding.

  • Under the Contract Allocation Order DWR remains financially obligated for the Contracts.

  • Asset Allocation The following single issuer limits shall apply on a market value basis, with exception of Money-Market funds and US Government guaranteed securities, which may be held without limit:

  • Wasteload allocation or "wasteload" or "WLA" means the portion of a receiving surface water's loading or assimilative capacity allocated to one of its existing or future point sources of pollution. WLAs are a type of water quality-based effluent limitation.

  • Final Allocation has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.

  • Cost Allocation Plan means central service cost allocation plan, public assistance cost allocation plan, and indirect cost rate proposal. Each of these terms are further defined in this section.
