Contract Assignments definition

Contract Assignments will have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1H.

Contract Assignments shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).

Contract Assignments means (i) execution by the Borrower or a Guarantor and delivery to the Bank of such assignments and acknowledgments as the Bank shall require with respect to the Borrower’s contracts to provide for receivable payments to be made by Customers directly to the Bank and (ii) receipt by the Bank of acknowledged assignments of any contract with a Customer required by the Bank. Assignments of Government Contracts shall conform to the requirements of FACA. The Bank shall have the right at any time to require acknowledged assignments of any contract, regardless of amount or duration.

Contract Assignments shall have the meanings set forth in the Recitals.

Contract Assignments has the meaning given to it in Clause 7.1(d).

Contract Assignments means all written assignment and novation agreements required pursuant to the terms of all Contracts in order for the valid and binding assignment of such Contracts to the Purchaser, as contemplated by this Agreement, including all required Consents in connection therewith;

Contract Assignments. Those certain Assignments of Contracts entered into pursuant to the Existing Credit Agreement and those certain Assignments of Contracts dated as of June 30, 2006 executed by the Borrowers’ Agent with respect to each Material Contract identified on Schedule 3.1(l) as requested by the Administrative Agent.

Contract Assignments shall have the meaning given such term in Section 3.3.4. 1.14 "Corrected Title Matters" shall mean, collectively, any Outstanding Title Matters for which Borrower obtains the required revisions, estoppels or certificates as set forth on Exhibit C attached hereto and (b) any Outstanding Title Matters which otherwise become Corrected Title Matters in accordance with the definition of "Permitted Encumbrances" set forth in this Agreement.

Contract Assignments means evidence of the valid and binding assignment of the Nenter Agreement and the Novvi Agreement from the Seller to the Company, to be entered into as of the Closing, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B-1 and Exhibit B-2, respectively.
