Contract Division definition

Contract Division means, collectively, Parent and the Subsidiaries of Parent engaged principally in the marketing and sale of office supplies and paper, technology products and office furniture through field sales people, outbound telesales, catalogs, the internet and stores, as conducted as of the date hereof.
