Unless the Contract Performance Notice has been withdrawn, HEE and the Provider must meet to discuss the Contract Performance Notice and any related issues within 10 Business Days following the date of the Contract Performance Notice.

The JI Report must include a recommendation to be considered at the next Review Meeting that either: the Contract Performance Notice be withdrawn; or a Remedial Action Plan be agreed and implemented.
