The Contract Termination Date shall be automatically extended for a successive one (1) year period at the end of each contract year unless the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") shall give contrary notice to the Executive, pursuant to the terms of Section 11 below, at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of the each contract year.
