Controller Personal Data definition

Controller Personal Data means the data described in Annex 1 and any other Personal Data processed by Processor on behalf of the Controller pursuant to or in connection with the Principal Agreement.

  • Subject matter and duration of the Processing of the Personal Data The subject matter and duration of the Processing of the Controller Personal Data are set out in original Terms agreed upon by the parties.
