Aggregated Data definition

Aggregated Data means any Customer Data the Company assembles and compiles into an aggregated data set from multiple individuals, residences, tenants or commercial buildings.
Aggregated Data means any Consumption Data or Customer Account Information, from which all identifying information has been removed so that the individual data or information of a customer cannot be associated with that customer without extraordinary effort.
Aggregated Data means information that relates to a group or category of individuals, from which any potential individuals’ personal identifying information has been permanently “anonymized” by commercially available standards to irreversibly alter data in such a way that a data subject (i.e., individual person or impersonal entity) can no longer be identified directly or indirectly.

Aggregated Data means information that relates to a group or category of customers, from which individual customer identities have been removed, that is not linked or reasonably linkable to any customer, including via a device.
