Core Components definition

Core Components means core components of the Green Loan Principles, including ‘Use of Proceeds’, ‘Process for Project Evaluation and Selection’, ‘Management of Proceeds’ and ‘Reporting’, each as more specifically described in the Green Loan Principles.
Core Components means those components set out in paragraph 1.2.1 of Part A of Schedule 2(Services and Key Performance Indicators);
Core Components means the health care, administrative and general and fair rental allowance for capital-related assets prospective per diem rate components.

  • The Borrower has internal processes to ensure continued alignment with the Core Components and to identify, assess and mitigate environmental and social risks, and will utilize these processes with regards to the Eligible Green Project.
