Costs of the Infrastructure Improvements definition

Costs of the Infrastructure Improvements means any or all of the costs of acquisition and construction of the Infrastructure Improvements, together with related engineering fees, attorney’s fees, TIF Plan preparation fees, capitalized interest and other related soft costs.
Costs of the Infrastructure Improvements means the right of way costs and the actual cost of the construction, alteration, demolition, installation, or repair work on the Infrastructure Improvements, as estimated in Exhibit F attached hereto.
Costs of the Infrastructure Improvements means any or all of the costs of acquisition and construction of the Infrastructure Improvements.

Examples of Costs of the Infrastructure Improvements in a sentence

  • The performance and payment bonds shall be consistent with the requirements of Section 255.05, Florida Statutes and in an amount at least equal to the amount of the Direct Costs of the Infrastructure Improvements and Live! Component.

  • Nothing in this Section 6.10 shall be deemed to modify or waive the City’s obligations hereunder, including but not limited to the City’s obligation to provide City Funds to pay the Verified Direct Costs of the Infrastructure Improvements in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Related to Costs of the Infrastructure Improvements

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • Costs of the Project means Recipient’s actual costs (including any financing costs properly allocable to the Project) that are (a) reasonable, necessary and directly related to the Project, (b) permitted by generally accepted accounting principles to be Costs of the Project, and (c) are eligible or permitted uses of the Financing Proceeds under applicable state or federal statute and rule.

  • Green infrastructure means a stormwater management measure that manages stormwater close to its source by:

  • Infrastructure costs means such costs as are reasonably incurred for the acquisition and construction of infrastructure.
