Coverage Requirements. The requirements each Basic Concessionaire of Fixed Local Service shall meet according to its concession title(s), in order to provide with it own infrastructure Fixed Local service to the public in general, including a significant percentage of residential Subscribers and Users, so as to contribute to the purposes of the National Development Plan aimed to increase telephone service coverage and penetration.

  • Without limiting CONTRACTOR’s and COUNTY’s mutual indemnification, and during the term of this Contract, CONTRACTOR shall provide and maintain, and shall require of all of its Subcontractors (except as noted in Part I, Section 6.0 Insurance Coverage Requirements, Sub-section 6.1) to maintain, the following programs of insurance specified in this Contract.

  • Developer shall cause each such Contractor to include the additional insureds specified in the applicable insurance policies as required under Exhibit 10 (Insurance Coverage Requirements).

  • Developer shall procure and maintain, or cause to be procured or maintained, the Insurance Policies identified in this Article 19 (Insurance) and in Exhibit 10 (Insurance Coverage Requirements) strictly in accordance with the minimum coverage requirements and terms of coverage as set forth in this Article 19 (Insurance) and in Exhibit 10 (Insurance Coverage Requirements).

  • Surviving terms include but are not limited to: Constraints on Use of Data / Limited License, Security of Data, Data Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure, Audit, HIPAA Compliance, Data Breach Notification and Obligations and Data Breach Response Coverage Requirements.

  • Proof, of Compliance with Workers’ Compensation Coverage Requirements: An ▇▇▇▇▇ form is NOT acceptable proof of workers’ compensation coverage.

Related to Coverage Requirements

  • Service Requirements means the specification that the Flexibility Services must be capable of meeting, as defined in Schedule 1;

  • Debt Service Requirements means the aggregate principal payments (whether at maturity or pursuant to scheduled mandatory sinking fund redemption requirements) and interest payments on the Bonds for the period of time for which calculated; provided, however, that for purposes of calculating such amount, principal and interest shall be excluded from the determination of Debt Service Requirements to the extent that such principal or interest is payable from amounts deposited in trust, escrowed or otherwise set aside for the payment thereof with the Paying Agent or other commercial bank or trust company located in the State and having full trust powers.

  • Insurance Requirements means, collectively, all provisions of the Insurance Policies, all requirements of the issuer of any of the Insurance Policies and all orders, rules, regulations and any other requirements of the National Board of Fire Underwriters (or any other body exercising similar functions) binding upon each Loan Party which is an owner of Mortgaged Property and applicable to the Mortgaged Property or any use or condition thereof.

  • Maintenance Requirements shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;

  • Debt Service Requirement means the total principal, Maturity Amounts and interest coming due, whether at maturity or upon mandatory redemption (less any amount of interest that is capitalized and payable with the proceeds of debt on deposit with the Authority or any paying agent for the or other obligations of the Authority payable from all or some portion of Gross Earnings), for any period of 12 consecutive calendar months for which such a determination is made, provided:
