  • Each Contractor shall use the Craft Request Form when requesting a new employee for dispatch on Covered Projects and shall copy the City on all Craft Request Forms submitted to the Unions.

  • The Contractor shall notify the appropriate Union utilizing the Craft Request Form (Attachment “C”) and each of the additional workers utilized under the procedures in this paragraph shall register with the Union’s hiring hall before commencing work on the Project.

  • Prior to filling any open construction position on the Project, each Construction Employer shall give prior written notification to the Construction Jobs Coordinator by completing and delivering the Craft Request Form (a sample of which is annexed hereto as Attachment C).

  • After receiving the Craft Request Form, the Jobs Coordinator shall within four (4) business days refer to the Construction Employer qualified applicants who meet the Construction Employer’s qualifications (“Targeted Construction Job Applicants”).

  • When ready to get workers, the contractor submits a Craft Request Form to the union hall and names their core workers on the form.

  • Advance Request Form means a certificate, in substantially the form of Exhibit A, properly completed and signed by Borrower requesting an Advance.
