Credit Card Documentation definition

Credit Card Documentation means, with respect to Accounts, all Credit Card Applications, Credit Card Agreements, Credit Cards, the Program Privacy Policy and Billing Statements relating to such Accounts.

  • Unless the Parties agree otherwise in writing, the Company shall solely own all Intellectual Property rights in any creation of or improvement to the look, feel, content, design and collateral aesthetics of the Company Credit Cards, Credit Card Documentation, the Program Website, Solicitation Materials and any other communications to Cardholders created by either Party, except for Bank Licensed Marks that appear on any of the foregoing.

  • If a request or requirement (as applicable) of the Company with regard to any Credit Card Documentation or Solicitation Materials requires a variation from the Bank's standard specifications, and such variation causes an increase in any cost of the Bank, the Company shall bear the additional expense.

Credit Card Documentation means, with respect to the Accounts, all Credit Card Applications, Credit Card Agreements, Company Credit Cards, Program Privacy Policies, documentation containing the terms and conditions of any Loyalty Program mailed or sent to Cardholders, all Billing Statements and all online material that displays Account content (in each case whether the foregoing are in electronic or paper form).

  • Credit Card Agreements means all agreements now or hereafter entered into by any Loan Party with any Credit Card Issuer or any Credit Card Processor, as the same now exist or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced, including, but not limited to, as to the Borrower, the agreements set forth on Schedule 3.21 hereto.
