Credit Code definition

Credit Code. We will not terminate a Service Contract in a manner which is contrary to the Credit Code.
Credit Code means the Consumer Credit Code of the State or Territory in which the Customer resides when the Guaranteed Agreement is made.
Credit Code means the National Credit Code as set out in Schedule 1 of the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009;

Credit Code means the Code being Schedule 1 to the National Credit Act. PPSA means the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth).
