Creditable coverage means coverage that meets the definition of "creditable coverage" under RCW 48.66.020 (13)(a) and includes payment of medical and hospital benefits.

Creditable coverage means prior health care coverage as defined in 42 U.S.C. 300gg as amended and in effect on February 17, 2009, and includes coverage remaining in force at the time the enrollee obtains new coverage.
