Custom Modifications definition

Custom Modifications custom software source code developed by Us to an agreed specification, which includes but is not limited to customized configurations, displays, formats and reports.
Custom Modifications. Means changes to RESX, AE Interactive, and Smart Alert (the “Services”), requested by User and agreed to by TRX, that change existing functionality of the software to meet specific needs of User, for which User will be charged an additional fee or fees that will be negotiated and mutually agreed to in writing. Ownership of all custom modifications and all proprietary rights related thereto shall remain with TRX.
Custom Modifications. Means changes to the Software, requested by Client and made by TRX that change existing functionality of the Software to meet specific needs of Client. Client will be charged an additional fee to be negotiated and agreed upon in writing for any Custom Modifications. Ownership of all Custom Modifications and all proprietary rights related thereto shall remain with TRX.

  • For as long as RMSS is providing Maintenance to Licensee for the RMSS Software, RMSS warrants and represents that the RMSS Software and the Custom Modifications, as delivered to Licensee and the Base Modifications, will perform in all material respects in accordance with the respective Documentation, in concert and otherwise.

  • For as long as SoftPro is providing Maintenance to Client for the SoftPro Software, SoftPro warrants and represents that the SoftPro Software and the Custom Modifications, as delivered to Client and the Base Modifications, will perform in all material respects in accordance with the respective Documentation, in concert and otherwise.

  • Licensor shall undertake such Custom Modifications of the Software as may be requested by Sub-Licensee and approved by Licensee at its then current rate.


More Definitions of Custom Modifications

Custom Modifications means alterations or modifications (if any) to the Software to be performed by, or on behalf of, Supplier pursuant to AT&T written requirements and mutually agreeable terms set forth within an executed Statement of Work.
Custom Modifications will mean any work done to the basic Program at the Licensee's request. Included in "Custom Modification" would be such things as special reports, interfaces with other software and/or any other changes made to the basic Program at the request of the Licensee.
Custom Modifications means changes to any of the RESX Services requested by AMEX and agreed to by TRX in a work order that change existing functionality of the RESX Services to meet specific needs of AMEX, for which AMEX will be charged an additional fee or fees that will be negotiated and mutually agreed to in writing. Except as otherwise stated in an work order executed by the parties, ownership of all Custom Modifications and all proprietary rights related thereto shall remain with TRX.
Custom Modifications shall have the meaning set forth in the License Agreement.

Related to Custom Modifications

  • Material Modifications means and include any modification to an existing RPTs, in aggregate with a related party, having variance of 25% in value of the transaction already approved by the Audit Committee or Board or Shareholders, as the case may be, or such modification as may be decided by the Audit Committee.

  • Major modification means any physical change in or change in the method of operation of a major stationary source that would result in a significant emissions increase of a regulated NSR pollutant and a significant net emissions increase of that pollutant from the major stationary source.

  • Contract Modification means any changes in the terms or provisions of the Contract which are reduced to writing and fully executed by both parties.

  • Minor modification means a modification that does not significantly alter the nongovernmental function or purpose of the software or is of the type customarily provided in the commercial marketplace.

  • Modifications means substances created by the Recipient which contain/incorporate the Material.
