Customer SCCs definition

Customer SCCs means the SCCs (Controller-to-Processor), the SCCs (Processor-to-Processor), or the SCCs (Processor-to-Controller), as applicable.
Customer SCCs means the SCCs (EU Controller-to-Processor), the SCCs (EU Processor- to-Controller), the SCCs (EU Processor-to-Processor), and/or the SCCs (UK Controller-to- Processor), as applicable.

Examples of Customer SCCs in a sentence

  • If Customer SCCs apply as described in Section 10.3 (Restricted Transfers), Google will allow Customer (or an independent auditor appointed by Customer) to conduct audits as described in those SCCs and, during an audit, make available all information required by those SCCs, both in accordance with Section 7.5.3 (Additional Business Terms for Reviews and Audits).

  • If Customer SCCs apply as described in Section 4.1 (Restricted Transfers) of these European Data Protection Law terms, Google will allow Customer (or an independent auditor appointed by Customer) to conduct audits as described in those SCCs and, during an audit, make available all information required by those SCCs, both in accordance with Section 7.5.3 (Additional Business Terms for Reviews and Audits).

  • To the extent of any conflict or inconsistency between any Customer SCCs (which are incorporated by reference into this Addendum) and the remainder of the Agreement (including this Addendum), the Customer SCCs will prevail.

  • Customer acknowledges that Company is required under the GDPR to: (a) collect and maintain records of certain information, including: (i) the name and contact details of each processor and/or controller on behalf of which Company is acting and (if applicable) of such processor’s or controller's local representative and data protection officer, and (ii) if applicable under the Customer SCCs, Customer’s Supervisory Authority; and (b) make such information available to any Supervisory Authority.

  • Customer acknowledges that Google is required under the GDPR to: (a) collect and maintain records of ce0ain information, including: (i) the name and contact details of each processor and/or controller on behalf of which Google is acting and (if applicable) of such processor’s or controller's local representative and data protection oncer, and (ii) if applicable under the Customer SCCs, Customer’s Supervisory Authority; and (b) make such information available to any Supervisory Authority.

  • If Customer concludes, based on its current or intended use of the Processor Services, that the Alternative Transfer Solution and/or Customer SCCs, as applicable, do not provide appropriate safeguards for Customer Personal Data, then Customer may immediately terminate the Agreement for convenience by notifying Company in writing.

  • To the extent of any con ict or inconsistency between: ● these Terms and the remainder of the Agreement, these Terms will prevail; and ● any Customer SCCs (which are incorporated by reference into these Terms) and the remainder of the Agreement (including these Terms), the Customer SCCs will prevail.

  • If the Customer SCCs apply under Section 9 (Data Transfers), the total combined liability of Company and Google Subprocessors towards Customer under or in connection with the Agreement and the Customer SCCs combined will be subject to Section 13.1 (Liability Cap).

  • The parties acknowledge that the European Data Protection Legislation does not require the Customer SCCs or an Alternative Transfer Solution in order to process Customer Personal Data in or transfer it to an Adequate Country.

Related to Customer SCCs

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.
