Data Insights definition

Data Insights means the specific data output in connection with Client’s products and services provided by CTS to Client in the format delivered to Client as further described in this SOW and any other applicable SOWs.
Data Insights means used equipment information and related market trends and price indices derived from operation of Our and Our Affiliates’ disposition and listing channels and Our proprietary algorithms, or obtained by Us from publicly available sources or third- party content providers, and made accessible to You through the Software Services or as otherwise specified in the Agreement, if part of Your subscription.

Examples of Data Insights in a sentence

  • We own the Data Insights and we provide a limited license to these data and other Semios IP through the Services and in accordance with our SULA.

  • CTS hereby assigns all Intellectual Property Rights in and to the Data Insights to Client and Client may use such Data Insights (in the context of any reports provided by CTS) in connection with its business purposes; provided that Client may not store any Data Insights or otherwise have access to any CTS IP or CTS systems after the expiration of the term of the applicable SOW.

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;
