  • The Data Model and any part thereof constitute trade secrets of Siebel and/or its suppliers, and will be used by Customer only in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Customer shall take prompt and appropriate action to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure of the Data Model by the Authorized Employees and Authorized Contractors.
