Data Model definition

Data Model means a form to explain the structure and relationships of data that is independent of their storage method.
Data Model means the documented data structure of the Practifi Application, and such other information required for a person reasonably skilled in the Platform to transfer Your Data to an alternative application.

  • Customer shall take prompt and appropriate action to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure of the Data Model by the Authorized Employees and Authorized Contractors.
